1 pkg lemon gelatin
1 large can crushed pineapple drained (save juice)
2 pkgs cream cheese
1/2 pt. heavy cream whipped
1 small jar marachino cherries
1/2 c.celery diced
2/3 c. nuts chopped

Directions:
Heat pineapple juice, dissolve gelatin in juice. cool. add crushed pineapple, cream cheese, cherries, celery, and nuts. Add whipped cream, chill over night.
