1 package Stove Top stuffing
1 cup boiling water ½ cup butter
2 cups diced cooked chicken (rotisserie chicken works great)
1 package frozen California blend vegetables (cook and drain)
1 can sliced water chestnuts
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 cup sour cream
½ cup celery, thinly sliced
½ cup grated cheddar cheese
¼ cup grated parmesan cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Prepare stuffing according to directions on box. (Combine stuffing, boiling water, butter)
Spread in a 9x13 pan.
Add a layer of diced chicken, a layer of vegetables, and a layer of water chestnuts.
Repeat layers.
Top with celery.
Combine mushroom soup and sour cream; spread over other ingredients.
Sprinkle with grated cheddar and parmesan cheeses.
Bake at 350º for 45 minutes.
