1 onion
½ bunch green onion
1 spoon minced garlic
1 stick butter
1 bell pepper
2 stalks celery
½ bag Herb seasoned stuffing ( 30 oz.)
½ bag cornbread stuffing (30 oz.)
1 lb. shrimp
1 lb. crabmeat

Directions:
Directions:
Sauté onion , green onion, bell pepper, celery until soft. Add garlic and shrimp, and sauté until the shrimp turn pink. Turn fire off and add stuffing mixes and crabmeat. Put in a greased casserole dish and top with bread crumbs. Bake at 350ºfor 20 minutes.

Brent found this on a YouTube video because we could not get good oysters in Georgia. It was a cajun guy who did not give exact measurements so you may need more stuffing or other ingredients to your taste. We really enjoyed it and very easy to make.
