2 c. Fine Bread Crumbs (just use GF bread crumbs if needed)
¾ c. Parmesan Cheese, grated
¼ c. Parsley
1 tbsp. Minced Garlic (easier if it is dried garlic)
⅛ tsp. Pepper
1 tsp. Salt
½ c. butter, melted
3-4 lbs. Chicken Breasts or Thighs

Directions:
Mix bread crumbs, parmesan, parsley, minced garlic, pepper, and salt together in a gallon bag (store extra in freezer). Melt butter and pour a bit of bread crumb mixture in shallow dish. Roll chicken in butter and than in bread crumb mixture and place in baking pan. Bake at 375ºF for 1 hour.

Makes delicious, moist chicken.
