2 C milk heated
3.5 T salted butter
9 oz of scallops quartered
4 strips of bacon chopped
1 large onion, chopped
2 celery stalks chopped
2 carrots, sliced
3 potatoes, diced
2 fresh thyme sprigs
3 T chopped fresh parsley
2 C chicken stock
9 oz of mixed seafood, such as shrimp, mussels
Squeeze of lemon juice
Salt and pepper
Garlic Powder
Other seasonings to taste

Fry bacon
Defrost prawns and seafood mix. Cook as per package instructions
Put chopped vegetables in a large pan and fry in butter for about 2 minutes.
Add the stock and simmer for 10 minutes.
At the same time, put seafood into milk. Bring to simmer and cook on low for about 8 minutes.
Add to vegetables. Simmer for 2-3 minutes.
Add bacon, seasonings and last add the parlety.

Stir well and serve.
