1 pound bulk Italian sausage
2 cans mushrooms sliced
1 cup celery chopped finely
1/2 cup quick cooking barley
2 cans beef broth
1/3 cup carrot shredded

Directions:
Directions:
In large sauce pan, cook sausage over medium heat until no longer pink; drain. Add the broth, mushrooms, celery, barley and carrot. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat. Cover and simmer for 10 minutes or until vegetables and barley are tender.
