40 stuffing mushrooms
8 oz. cream cheese
3/4 c. parmesan cheese
5 T. milk
1/2 t. garlic powder
2 T. chives, chopped
1/2 c. butter, melted

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients well except butter and mushrooms.
Dip each mushroom in butter and then fill with stuffing
mix. Top with freshly grated parmesan cheese (may
freeze at this point). Bake at 350 degrees for
approximately 15 minutes and serve hot.
