½ c. + 6 tbsp. Butter
¾ c. Brown Sugar
½ c. Sugar
2 Eggs
1 tsp. Vanilla
1½ c. Flour
1 tsp. Baking Soda
1 tsp. Cinnamon
½ tsp. Salt
3 c. Quick Oats (uncooked)
1 c. Raisins

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 350º. In a large bowl, beat butter and sugars on medium speed until creamy. Add eggs and vanilla; beat well. Add flour, baking soda, cinnamon and salt; mix well. Add oats and raisins; mixing until incorporated. Drop by tablespoonfuls onto cookie sheet. Bake 12 minutes or until lightly golden brown. Cool 1 minute on cookie sheet; remove to wire rack.
