Layered Jello Shots Recipe

For Christmas "Holly Jolly" shots:
1 pkg cherry Jello
1 pkg lime Jello
***(Otherwise 2 Jello flavors of your choosing)***
4 packets (not boxes) unflavored gelatin
1 1/2 cups vanilla vodka
14 oz can sweetened condensed milk

Coat a baking dish (glass preferred) with cooking spray, wipe out excess with paper towel.
Cherry layer: Sprinkle 1/2 gelatin packet over 1/4 cup water and soak for 1-2 minutes. Add 1 box cherry Jello and 1 cup boiling water. Stir til Jello dissolved, then add 3/4 cup vodka.
Lime layer: Follow same process as cherry.
White layer: Sprinkle 2 gelatin packets over 1/2 cup water, soak 1-2 minutes. Pour in 1 cup boiling water and the can of sweetened condensed milk. Mix thoroughly and cool to room temperature. Should make about 3 cups.
Layer as follows: 1/2 cherry mixture, set 20 min in fridge.
1/3 white mix, pop any air bubbles, set 20 min in fridge.
and so on, lime, white, cherry, white, lime then put into fridge at
least 2-3 hr. or even better overnight.
Invert onto plate. Cut into 36 squares. Trim edges if pan sides not straight. Top each with a small dollop of whipped cream and serve.

Cherry and lime for Christmas or New Years, pineapple and strawberry for summer party, strawberry and blue raspberry for 4th of July. Oh, the possibilities.

You need a timer to keep you on track with the layering, but otherwise these are pretty easy to make.
