1 lb. vanilla flavored candy coating or chocolate
3/4 c. finely crushed striped peppermint candy
1/3 c. semi-sweet chocolate chips (either mint flavored
or add peppermint extract)

Directions:
Directions:
Melt chocolate at 50% power for 2 minutes. Stir and
repeat until melted. Mix in crushed candies. Pour onto
foil covered baking sheet or jelly roll pan to 3/8 in.
thickness. Melt chocolate chips and drizzle over white
chocolate and run knife through well to marbelize.
Cool
and break into pieces.
