8 chicken breasts, thighs or drumsticks
1 large onion, chopped
8 oz mushrooms, quartered
2 T parsley, chopped
1 cup stock
½ cup peanut butter
½ cup grape or berry jam
1 Tbsp tomato paste
½ tsp salt
1 red pepper, sliced
2 T chopped peanuts

Directions:
Directions:
1. Place chicken pieces in slow cooker. Sprinkle onion, mushrooms and parsley around.
2. Combine stock, PB and jelly and tomato paste. Pour over.
3. Cover and cook on low ro 5-7 hours or high for 3 hours.
$. Add red pepper and cook high 20 minutes. Serve and garnish with peanuts
