1 BUNCH ASPARAGUS SPEARS, TRIMMED
3 TBSP OLIVE OIL
1½ TBSP GRATED PARMESAN CHEESE
1 CLOVE GARLIC, MINCED
1 TSP SEA SALT
½ TSP BLACK PEPPER
1 TBSP LEMON JUICE

PREP TIME: 10 MIN
COOK TIME: 15 MIN

1- PREHEAT OVEN TO 425ºF.

2- PLACE ASPARAGUS INTO A MIXING BOWL, AND DRIZZLE WITH OLIVE OIL. TOSS TO COAT THE SPEARS, THEN SPRINKLE WITH PARMESAN CHEESE, GARLIC, SALT AND PEPPER. ARRANGE THE ASPARAGUS ONTO THE BAKING SHEET IN A SINGLE LAYER.

3- BAKE IN A PREHEATED OVEN UNTIL JUST TENDER, 12 TO 15 MINUTES DEPENDING ON THICKNESS.

4- SPRINKLE WITH LEMON JUICE BEFORE SERVING.
