6 Medium Oranges
1 Meyer Lemon
6 Cups water
1 T. butter
5 Cups sugar
1 pouch pectin

Directions:
Directions:
Scrub oranges & lemon thoroughly. Cut each orange & lemon lengthwise into eighths then cut each wedge crosswise into 4 pieces.

Put 1 cup water and 1 cup fruit in food processor and blend till 1/2 the size. Pour blended fruit into a bowl and let stand in refrigerator over night.

Pour fruit mixture into a 6 qt heavy pan. Add butter and bring to a boil. Reduce heat till mixture just simmer gently. Cook Covered stirring occasionally for 1 1/2 hours.

Stir in sugar and increase heat to medium stirring for 35 minutes. Remove pan from heat and test for thickness. Put a T. on a plate and refrigerate for 5 minutes. If too thin cook longer

Pour into sterilized jars and Seal.
