¾ c. Brown sugar ¼ c. Butter
4 Tblsp. Butter, softened ¼ c. Sugar
3 Tblsp. Honey 1 pkg. Yeast
1 Tblsp. Light Corn Syrup ¼ c. Warm Water
1½ c Pecans, coarsely chopped 1 teas. Salt
1 c. Milk, warm
Filling: 1 Egg, beaten
¼ c. Butter, softened 1 teas. Lemon Zest
1 Tblsp. Cinnamon ¼ teas. Nutmeg
½ c. Brown Sugar 4 c. Flour

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together topping ingredients and place in baking dish.
Combine cinnamon and brown sugar for filling. Set aside
Prepare dough and let double, punch down and roll out into a 12/15 rectangle.
Spread butter on top and sprinkle prepared filling on the buttered dough.
Roll up on long side and cut into 1½ inch slices and place in prepared pan.
Let double in size.
Bake at 350º for 20-25 minutes.
Let cool 10 minutes and turn out upside down on a serving platter.
