1 (40 oz.) package of frozen strawberries, thawed
1 pound of cranberries
1 teaspoon of butter (optional - to reduce foaming)
5 pounds of sugar
2 (3 oz.) pouches of liquid pectin

Directions:
Directions:
Grind strawberries and cranberries in a food processor or grinder.

In a stainless-steel stockpot over medium-high heat, add strawberry mixture, stirring constantly. Slowly add sugar while stirring constantly. Bring to a full rolling boil. Stir in pectin and return to a full rolling boil. Boil for 1 minute, stirring constantly. Remove from the heat. Cool for 5 minutes; skim off foam. Carefully ladle hot mixture into prepared jars.
