2 c. Monterey Jack Shredded Cheese
8 Tortilla Shells
3 tbsp. Butter
3 tbsp. Flour
1 c. Sour Cream
4 oz. can Diced Green Chilies
2 c. Shredded Chicken
2 c. Chicken Broth

Directions:
Directions:
Make a roux from the butter and flour. Add broth, sour cream and chilies. Heat through. Place chicken and cheese in tortilla shells. Roll up and place in baking pan. Pour sauce over and bake at 425º for 20-25 minutes.
