4 tsp. Yeast
4 tsp. Sugar
2 Eggs
1 c. Hot Water
1 tsp. Salt
4 c. Flour

Directions:
Directions:
In mixing bowl dissolve yeast in hot water. Add eggs, sugar, salt and flour. Mix well with dough hook. Let rise until double in size. Divide dough in half. Spread out on greased half sheet tray. Let set 30 minutes before adding sauce and toppings.Makes 2 crusts, you may freeze the dough after the first rising.
