2 c. Granulated Sugar
⅔ c. + 1 tsp. Corn Syrup
¾ c. Water
Food Coloring
1 dram Flavoring

Directions:
Directions:
In saucepan bring sugar, corn syrup and water to a boil. Boil until it reaches 300º on candy thermometer. Remove from heat. Stir in food coloring and flavoring. *Don't put face near pan or breathe in heavily while mixing in flavoring* Pour on greased sheet pan. When cool crack and dust with powdered sugar.
