• 4 Eggs
• 2 Cups of Cane Syrup
• 3/4 - 1 Cup of Packed Brown Sugar
• 4 - 5 Cups of Broken Pecan Pieces
• 4 Tbsp. of butter
• 1 & 1/2 Tbsp. of vanilla
• 4 - 5 Unbaked Pie Shells

Directions:

• Boil sugar and syrup together for 2-3 minutes; be careful to not let it boil over
• Beat eggs - not too stiff
• Add butter, vanilla, pecans and mix
• Evenly Ladle into 4-5 raw pie shells (regular size not large or deep dish)
• Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes...checking to make sure firm
• Let cool
• Eat copious amounts…serving size 1 pie per 1 couple in single sitting

Please enjoy this pie recipe; a McCarthy Family secret which I now impart to you. The key to this recipe is eating way too much of the pie and NOT Peloton-ing afterwards or before. Post-pie sloth is strongly encouraged.
