1 unsliced loaf (1 lb.) Italian Bread (NOT skinny French Bread)
1/4 c. pizza sauce
1 1/2 t. Italian seasoning
1 medium green pepper, thinly sliced (optional)
4 slices fully cooked ham
10 slices salami
30 slices pepperoni
4 slices EACH of cheddar, mozzarella and provolone

Slice bread in half horizontally (the long way). Spread bottom half with pizza sauce; sprinkle with Italian seasoning. Top with meats and cheeses; replace bread top. Place on a baking sheet. Bake at 425º for 12 - 15 minutes or until cheese is melted.

Just as easy to make 2 loaves.

Sometimes I put half the cheese on the top half of the bread and bake the sandwich in 2 pieces - putting them together after baking. This will get the inside of the sandwich hotter, quicker without burning the bread.
