1 pkg. (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
1/2 c. creamy peanut butter
1/3 c. brown sugar, packed
1 t. vanilla extract
1/2 c. miniature marshmallows
1 jar (11.75 oz.) hot fudge ice cream topping
2 T. chopped peanuts
3 each (6 total) - medium sized red and green apples, cut into wedges
2 T. lemon juice

Directions:
In a small mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese, peanut butter, brown sugar and vanilla; stir in marshmallows. Spoon half into a 3 cup bowl; spread with half of the hot fudge topping. Repeat layers. Sprinkle with nuts. Toss the apples with lemon juice. Spread apple slices in ring around dip. Serve immediately.
