1 Loaf Vienna Bread (unsliced)
8 0z. Fresh mushrooms (sliced)
8 - 16 oz. finely grated Swiss Cheese
2 sticks of butter
2 Tbsp. onion (chopped)
2 Tbsp. poppy seeds (optional)
1 tsp. seasoning salt
1/2 tsp. lemon juice
1 Tbsp. dry mustard

Directions:
Directions:
Slice bread lengthwise and widthwise within 1/2 inch of bottom (creating fingers of bread) Do not cut al the way through.

Stuff mushrooms and cheese between fingers. Melt butter and add remaining ingredients.

Pour butter mixture over bread.

Wrap bread om foil and bake 350º for 30 - 40 minutes.
