2 cups cake and pastry flour
1/2 cup oatmeal
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 cup butter
1 cup chopped pecans
1 jar caramel sauce
2 litre vanilla ice cream (box version for easy slicing)

Directions:
Directions:
Melt the butter, add flour, oatmeal, brown sugar and chopped pecans.
Pat thin on cookie sheet.
Bake for 15 minutes at 400º.
Crumble while still hit.
Take ice cream out of freezer 5 minutes before you slice it.
Spread half of the crumbs in a 13 x 9 pan.
Drizzle half of the caramel sauce on the crumbs and then put the sliced ice cream on top.
Put the rest of the crumbs on the ice cream and then drizzle the rest of the sauce on top.
Freeze until needed.

This is an easy dessert and you can use chocolate sauce instead of caramel. This is probably the only dessert that I would say I would rather use caramel than chocolate sauce!
