1 cup spinach or mixed greens of your choice
1 cup unsweetened almond milk or milk of your choice
1 frozen banana or any other frozen fruit of your choice
1 tbsp nut butter of choice
1 tbsp chia seeds
Optional:1 tsp sweetener such as maple syrup, date syrup or rice syrup

1. Place all ingredients in your blender and blend until smooth and creamy
2. Add more milk if the smoothie is too thick
3. Pour into a glass or pour into a bowl and add your favourite toppings

If you don't like bananas use other frozen fruit. For completely nut-free version use oat, or rice milk and tahini insted of nut butter. You can also use water or coconut water.
