1 cup Greek Yogurt (Cabot whole milk if available)
¼ cup Powdered Sugar
Pinch saffron threads
1 Elaichi (cardamom pod), crushed
(Garnish) Pistachios/Almonds, crushed

Directions:

1. Whisk yogurt until smooth.

2. Mix powdered sugar into greek yogurt & taste; add a bit more powdered sugar if needed (...I've never really measured!)

3. Add saffron threads and elaichi & mix again

4. Put in serving dish. Garnish with crushed nuts & refrigerate at least 2 hours before serving.

Can be enjoyed as part of a thali or as dessert.

Variations: Try out mixing in other flavors like mango pulp or Rooh Afza!
