Ragi flour - 1 c
Peanuts - 2 c
Brown sugar (powdered)- 1 c
sesame seeds - 3 tbsp
chia seeds - 1 tbsp
ghee(melted) - 3-4 tbsp

Directions:
Directions:
Roast the peanuts.
Peel off peanuts'skin, and finely grind them.
Roast the Ragi flour on a non stick pan to get the raw smell of the flour away.
Mix all ingredients, and make it into small balls.

As summer approaches, and Ragi cools, these energy balls with an Indian twist to it, can easily replace the in-between meals hunger. It did for me.

Note: If you prefer not use ghee, you can subsitute with 2-3 tbsp of warm milk, except the ladoos made with milk will have a smaller shelf life .
