Ingredients:
Ingredients:
1/3 - 1/4 c butter or margarine
⅔ c crushed saltines
¼ c grated parmesan cheese
½ tsp each: basil, oregano, salt
¼ tsp. garlic powder
1# fish fillets (walleye works great!)

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. In 9x13 pan melt butter in the oven. In a 9" pie plate combine crumbs, cheese, and spices. Dip/coat fish in butter, then in crumb mixture. Arrange fillets in baking pan, bake near center of oven for 25-30 minutes or until fish is tender and flakes with a fork.

I like to cook the fish until it's crunchy on the bottom. Cutting the butter amount a bit can help with this.

Personal Notes:
Even my fish-fussy daughters would eat fish cooked this way!
