3 ripe bananas
3/4 cup sugar
1/2 cup coconut oil
1/4 cup coconut yogurt
1/4 cup coconut milk
1 tsp vanilla extract
3/4 cup maida (all purpose flour)
3/4 cup wheat flour
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 cup chopped walnuts
Oil spray to grease the baking pan

Directions:

1. Peel the bananas and cut them in pieces in a bowl
2. Add sugar and mash the bananas and sugar together
3. Add coconut oil and vanilla extract and mix
4. In another bowl add both flours, chopped walnuts, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon powder and salt.
5. Blend the dry ingredients together and add to the mashed bananas.
6. Add yogurt and milk and fold the batter gently to mix well.
7. Spray oil in a baking pan and pour the batter into the pan
8. Preheat the oven to 350 degree F.
9. Place the tray in the preheated oven and bake for 45 minutes.
10. Remove the tray from the oven and let it cool down before serving.
11. If you wish, you can store it in an airtight container in your refrigerator.
