1½ c sugar
½ c cocoa
1½ tsp. baking soda
2 c flour
¾ tsp. salt
1½ tsp. vanilla
¾ c oil
1½ c water
1½ tsp. apple cider vinegar

Preheat oven to 350º. Sift dry ingredients into ungreased 9x13 pan. Add liquids and stir until just blended. Bake 25 minutes. Extremely moist! (Frost with care).

This is a great go-to when you need a dessert for company and have little time. Once the cake cools, it's delicious and looks good served with a sprinkling of powdered sugar. Done!
