1 c. Milk
1 c. Flour
2 Eggs
½ tsp. Salt
1 lb. Pork Sausage

Directions:
Directions:
Combine milk and eggs in a mixing bowl; mix well. Add flour and salt. Beat until smooth, set aside for 1 hour. Make 6 sausage patties and fry until done. Drain and save back 2 tbsp. of drippings. Put drippings in a 10x6x2 inch baking pan. Arrange patties in the dish. Pour batter over sausage patties. Bake uncovered at 450º for 30 minutes or until browned. Serve warm with maple syrup.
