1 -1˝ lb. Sirloin Steak, thin slices
1 c. Onions, diced
1 c. Celery, diced
1 small can Mushrooms, sliced
1 can Bean Sprouts
1 Beef Bouillon Cube
˝ c. Hot Water
3 tbsp. Soy Sauce
1 lb. Fresh Spinach

Directions:
Directions:
Dissolve beef bouillon in hot water. Cook meat in Crisco until done throughout. Push meat to side of pan. Add onions and celery, sauté for 5 minutes. Add bean sprouts, mushrooms, bouillon and soy sauce. Cook through for 15 minutes. Push vegetables to side with meat. Add fresh spinach, a little at a time until all spinach is cooked down. Mix all together and cook over low heat for approximately 5 minutes. Serve over rice.
