1 c butter
8 oz cream cheese
1 tbsp sugar
1 egg yolk
1 tbsp milk
1-1/2 c flour
1/2 tsp baking powder

Directions:
Directions:
Cream together the butter, cream cheese, sugar, egg yolk and milk.
Sift together the flour and baking powder then add to the creamed mixture until stiff dough.
Divide dough in half, wrap in wax paper and chill well.
Flour surface well and roll out to 1/4 inch thick.
Keep both sides of dough floured well as it is rolled out.
Cut into squares and place onto ungreased cookie sheet.
Dot with favorite filling, pinch opposite edges together.
Bake at 400 degrees for 10-12 minutes.
Sprinkle with powdered sugar.
