12 Lasagna Noodles, uncooked
40 oz. Marinara Sauce
16 oz. Mozzarella Cheese
15 oz. Ricotta Cheese
10 oz. Frozen Chopped Spinach (thawed and drained well
¼ c. Parmesan Cheese
2 Eggs
¼ c. Parmesan Cheese

Directions:
Preheat oven to 375º. Mix together ricotta cheese, spinach, ¼ c. parmesan cheese and eggs. In baking dish, put enough marinara sauce on bottom of pan to cover it (so noodles don't stick). Layer raw noodles, ⅓ of cheese mix, ⅓ of mozzarella and ⅓ of sauce. Repeat for 3 layers. Top with ¼ c. parmesan cheese. Cover with buttered foil. Bake for 1 hour.
