1 c. Sour Cream
⅓ c. Fresh Dill, chopped
3 tbsp. Onions, finely chopped
2 tbsp. Dijon Mustard
Salt
Pepper
1½ lb. Center Cut Salmon Fillets, with skin
2 tsp. Garlic, minced

Directions:
Directions:
In a small bowl whisk together the sour cream, dill, onions and Dijon mustard. Add salt and pepper to taste and blend well. Allow to stand at room temperature for 1 hour.
Lightly grease a baking sheet. Place salmon skin side down on baking sheet. Sprinkle with garlic, salt and pepper. Spread with ⅓ c. sauce. Bake at 400º for 20 minutes or until just opaque in the center. Serve with the rest of the sauce.
