Ingredients:  
6 to 8 medium potatoes
1/4 cup sweet onion (chopped)
3 stalks celery (chopped)
3 eggs hard boiled (chopped)
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
1/4 cup sweet relish (sometimes I use part sweet relish and part dill relish)
1 cup mayonnaise
2 tsp yellow mustard
1 tsp sugar
1 tsp vinegar

Directions:
Directions:
Cook potatoes and cut up to your desired size (I cut mine small). In a mixing bowl, mix mayonnaise, mustard, sugar, salt, pepper and vinegar. In a large mixing bowl mix potatoes, onion, celery, eggs and pickle relish. Once mixed well, pour dressing mixture over the potato mixture. Mix well. Place in refrigerate and chill about 1 hour before serving.
