4 boneless skinless chicken breasts, thawed
1-2 cans green beans, drained
1-2 cans carrots, drained
Olive oil
Minced onion
Two packets dry ranch or italian seasoning
Salt and pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 ºF.

Drizzle 9 x 13 inch pan with olive oil. Place chicken breasts in center of pan. Dump green beans on one side of the chicken and carrots on the other. Drizzle with olive oil. Sprinkle with dry seasoning mix, salt and pepper, and minced onion.

Bake in oven for 25-30 minutes or until chicken is cooked thoroughly.
