One package microwave/stove top stuffing (chicken, turkey, or herb)
One can cream of chicken soup
2 cups chicken, cooked and cubed (or two cans chicken)
2 cups shredded sharp cheddar chicken
2/3 cup milk
Salt and pepper
Minced onion (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Prepare stuffing per package directions. Place in greased 2-quart casserole dish. Place chicken over stuffing. Sprinkle with minced onion (optional). Add cheese.

In a separate bowl, combine milk and cream of chicken soup. Pour over casserole. Salt and pepper.

Cover and bake at 425ºF for 30 minutes. Uncover and bake an additional 10-15 minutes until boiling/bubbling.
