cup of shortening
3 medium onions
3 lbs. stew meat
3 cloves garlic
2 tsp. salt
tsp. oregano
red pepper (crush)
2 beef bouillon cubes
2 cups hot water
1 cup of tomatoes
2 green peppers

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oil brown meat, onions add bouillon. Add peppers and tomatoes. Serve on noodles. Note: An old favorite recipe.
