6 or 7 squash cut into small pieces
1 small bell pepper chopped
margarine
1 1/2 rolls of Ritz crackers
1 small-med chopped onion
salt
pepper
cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Cook squash, bell pepper, onion, salt and pepper (to taste). Layer cooked mixture, cheese on top with Ritz crackers. Dot with margarine. Cook until cheese melts and crackers brown at 350.
