2 pound boneless beef pot roast, top or bottom blade, or cross rib
1 onion, chopped
2 T ginger, minced
2 T orange marmalade
2 T soy sauce
1 T brown sugar
1 T five-spice powder
1 T orange zest
2 garlic cloves, sliced
¾ tsp salt and pepper
1 cup beef broth
½ cup orange juice
2 T cornstarch
4 cups baby bok choy, chopped
3 green onions, sliced
¼ cup fresh cilantro

Directions:
Directions:
1. Brown roast on all sides. Place in slow cooker.
2. Add all ingred on list before the cornstarch. Cover and cook on LOW for 8 hours.
3. Whish cornstarch with 2 T water, whisk in to slow cooker. Stir in bok choy, Cover and
cook on HIGH about 10 minutes. Stir in green onions and cilantro.Serve with rice or
noodles.
