Chinese Noodle Salad Recipe

1 large head Napa cabbage
5 green onions
2 Packages Ramen Noodles - discard the flavor packet
c sesame seeds
c margarine
1 small package slivered almonds


1 c salad oil
2 tsp soy sauce
1 c sugar
c vinegar

Chop cabbage (finely) and onions

Brown noodles first in margarine then remove from pan leaving remaining margarine in pan. Add almonds and sesame seeds. Brown. Drain all on paper towel. Refrigerate until needed.

Make dressing. Blend in a blender or by hand. Toss with salad just before serving.
