2 8oz red snapper fillets
4 Tbs butter
1 med clove garlic, minced
3 to4 drops worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp creole seasoning
1/8 tsp pepper
1 to 2 tsp parsley
1 tsp chives
3 to 4 Tbs breadcrumbs
2 Tbs grated parm. cheese

Preheat oven 400
Place fillets in dish that has been sprayed
In skillet, melt butter with garlic, worcestershire, creole seasoning, pepper, parsley & chives. Cook over low heat for 2 min to blend flavors.
Brush both sides of fish with butter mixture.
Toss breadcrumbs with remaining mixture & parm cheese.
Spread crumbs over fillets, Use hands to spread evenly & press onto the tops of the fillets.
Bake for about 12 min, depending on thickness. Should be opaque & flaky with a fork when done.

If fish have skin attached, apply breadcrumbs to the skinless side,skin side down.

Can use another mild white fish... tilapia,cod or haddock.
