1 lb Lean Ground Beef
1 medium Onion, chopped
2 jars Pasta Sauce (24 oz each)
4 cloves Garlic
1 tsp Dried Basil
1 tsp Dried Oregano
10 oz Spinach, chopped
2 cups Ricotta Cheese
2 cups Mozzarella Cheese, shredded and divided
9 No-Cook (oven ready) Lasagna Noodles
Basil, minced

Prep time: 40 minutes
Cook time: 40 minutes + standing

1- In a large skillet, cook the beef and onion over medium heat until the meat is no longer pink; drain. Stir in pasta sauce, garlic, basil and oregano. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat; cover and simmer for 10 minutes.

2- In a large bowl, combine the spinach, ricotta and 1 cup of mozzarella cheese.

3- Spread 1½ cups of meat sauce into a greased 13x19" baking dish. Top with 3 noodles. Spread 1½ cups of sauce to the edges of the noodles. Top with half of the spinach mixture. Repeat Layers. Top with the remaining noodles, sauce and mozzarella cheese.

4- Cover and bake at 375ºF for 30 minutes.

5- Uncover, bake until bubbly, 10 to 15 minutes longer. Let stand for 10 minutes before cutting. Top with basil, optional.
