Hard-boiled eggs *
Miracle Whip
Mustard
Sugar

*Use 2 week old eggs for easier peeling. Crack at the large end of egg and roll the egg until several cracks appear. Other than that--just have patience while peeling.

Split hard-boiled eggs in half, lengthwise
Put yolks in a bowl
Put whites on a serving plate
Mash the yolks until they are free of lumps
Add Miracle Whip to desired consistency
Add mustard for desired color
Add sugar to taste
Fill the egg whites
Sprinkle with paprika

I have never measured any of the ingredients. I just add ingredients until it is the right consistency. Everyone likes deviled eggs and they make a nice side dish or fill in a meal that needs just a little more food.
