Personal Notes:
I grilled two chicken breasts and cubed them up ahead of time. I used Kosher salt and recipe said to be generous. It took longer than 50 minutes but it could have been pan. I covered it with foil when it was not done after a additional 15 minutes after the original 50 minutes.

It came out really creamy and I could not fit all the chicken in it. First time making it was for a family dinner cook off with Cody and Kim. They made Mac & Cheese in the instapot and had toppings on the side. They had bacon, sausage, apples, corn, jalapeņos, shredded Gouda, cheddar and habanero cheddar.

It was fun and we all liked both except Margaret did not like the Buffalo Mac & Cheese as it was spicy for her.
