1 can chili with beans
1 (14.5-oz.) can diced tomatoes, undrained
1 c. water
1 c. Minute Rice, uncooked
1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese, cut up

Directions:
Directions:
Bring chili and water to boil in a large skillet. Add rice and cheese; stir. Cover and remove from heat, let stand 5 minutes. Stir until cheese is melted. Makes 4 servings.
