Directions:
Roll puff pastry very thin.

Grate cooking apple and leave for a while then squeeze juice out as much as possible.

Mix with sugar and cinnamon to taste.

Add sultanas, if liked.

With pastry out flat, spread apple mixture over and roll up.
Glaze with beaten egg or milk.

Bake in hot oven until done.
