* 1 can of crescent rolls
* 1 pound of mild breakfast or turkey sausage
* 6 eggs, beaten
* 2 cups of shredded cheddar cheese

Directions:
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350º F
2. Coat a 9x13 pan with non stick cooking spray
3. Roll out the crescent rolls in the bottom of the pan and press the seams together
4. Top with an even layer of browned and drained sausage
5. Pour in 6 beaten eggs
6. Top with shredded cheese and bake (uncovered) at 350º F for 30 minutes

*If you want to save some prep time, you can brown the sausage the night before and refrigerate it until the morning. Then all you have to do is put everything together and bake :)
