Ingredients:  
Brown Chops in hot fat. On each chop place a slice of green pepper, a slice of onion and a slice of tomato. You may use canned whole tomatoes if desired. Pour some raw rice around each chop. Salt and pepper to taste. Pour tomato juice or water over all until chops are half covered. Add a little Worcestershire sauce. Cover pan and cook slowly for 45 minutes.
