2 tubes refrigerated crescent rolls
3/4 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. sour cream
8 oz. softened cream cheese
1 pkg. Ranch dressing mix
3/4 c. chopped green onion
3/4 c. diced tomatoes
3/4 c. chopped broccoli
3/4 c. diced carrots
3/4 c. diced cauliflower
3/4 c. grated cheese

Directions:

Cover bottom of 11x17-inch baking pan with crescent rolls, patting the dough to fit the pan. Bake at 350ºF for 7 to 8 minutes, or until lightly browned. In bowl, combine mayonnaise, sour cream, cream cheese and ranch dressing mix. Spread evenly over cooled crust in pan. Combine all vegetables and grated cheese, spread over cream cheese mixture, pushing the vegetables slightly down into cream cheese mixture. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate 3 to 4 hours. Cut in bars and serve. Half a recipe can be prepared in a 9x13-inch pan.
